Oh Glorious Day

Living He loved me, Dying He saved me, Buried He carried my sins far away...... Rising he Justified, Freely forever.......one day He's coming.......OH GLORIOUS DAY!  Oh Glorious Day!!

Love this song:)

What a blessing to spend Easter surrounded by family.  Some don't have family, some are mourning the loss of family members.....this Easter we are feeling BLESSED!  We are SAVED.....we have all of our family, Not all of them were here with us today....but alive......what more could we want.  Praise the Maker of Heaven and Earth.

My sister in law Lucy generously offered to host the doings at her house.   She cooked the ham, green beans and home made bread.....Mom brought Salad and Dessert.....I brought Iced tea and potatoes......and none of us felt like we did much:)  Awesome!  We truly have so MUCH when others have so little.  Thank you Lord for your blessings to me.

Thatcher threatening to eat all of his favorite dessert by himself.

The host and hostess.....and their youngest.

It was a gorgeous day!!  High hit near 70*:):)  LOVELY

 The kids hid eggs........several times.

Wren and Iley thought these lace less skates were SO neat.  They clumped around in them half the day.

Things got a bit trickier when they hit the concrete!  Iley is holding on for dear life!

Wren used her head and grabbed a bucket for support.

When they got tired of hiding the eggs......they decided to eat them.  I have discovered most people really like hard boiled eggs.......or they flat don't.  Here are the egg eaters.

After we got home we were relaxing in the house....Ash and Ella had stopped by on their way  home from Wichita......they just took a little weekend trip.....I suddenly realized we hadn't seen or heard the girls for a while........upon searching........we found them.....happy as ducks!

The big kids were playing jackpot in the front yard.
